(ATSP2) The broad scope of ATSP2 provides streamlined contracting for any U.S. Government agency, state government, and approved foreign government through the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) to improve system performance, solve sustainability and obsolescence issues, and address the Government's future technology needs.

Rapid Response to Critical Systems Requirements (R2CSR)

The Army CECOM R2 provides a broad range of technical services and equipment without the traditional acquisition lead-time to system, platform, and item managers within the DoD, and any federalized agency. The R2CSR is an Indefinites Delivery, Indefinites Quantity (IDIQ) with option to issue either time and materials (T&M) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders.
